La Casa is located in the historic centre of the Upper Town, on Via Mario Lupo 12, behind the Cathedral of Sant’Alessandro, just 100 meters from Piazza Vecchia, 50 meters from the Tourist Office and the Upper Town funicular station in Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe.
The building’s construction dates back to the early 1500’s and consists of several apartments, each with private entrances and bathrooms.
Of great historical interest are the entrance columns of La Casa, dating from 1515 and the Baroque frescoes that adorn the ceilings leading to the upper floors of the rooms.
The breakfast service is on the second floor, in a garden full of plants and flowers, raised up to the second floor, from which you can admire the Dome of the Cathedral of Bergamo.
For many years now La Casa has become a landmark for guests coming to visit, finding in our family, who have been living here for 25 years, a wealth of information, suggestions and news about the city and the province of Bergamo.
