The apartment is a very bright open space divided into a living area, sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom.
It can accommodate up to 4 people in the same room, two on the double bed and two on the sofa bed (ideal for a couple of friends or couples with children).
In the living area, there is the lounge room, with a sofa and a sofa bed, where you can watch TV, read a book or relax, and there is the dining area.
In the sleeping area, you will find a double bed with a comfortable pocket sprung memory mattress.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
If you want, you can go shopping in the street markets and cook yourself breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower is equipped with a hairdryer, a set of towels and toiletries.
The terrace overlooks the rooftops of the neighbourhood and offers a beautiful view of the Upper Town. It is equipped with a table for having breakfast outdoors and a sunbed for sunbathing or relaxing.
The whole apartment is air-conditioned and has a free WIFI network.
There is an Apple TV to watch free Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube content.
The maintenance and sanitisation of the air conditioning system is carried out regularly. Last maintenance and sanitisation: 2nd August 2023.
In the apartment you will find a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board.
