Alexandra Dovgan was born in 2007 into a family of musicians and began her piano studies at the age of four and a half. Her extraordinary talent was immediately noticed, so much so that at only five years old she was able to enter the famous Central School of the Moscow Conservatory, where she had the opportunity to study with renowned teacher Mira Marchenko. He currently continues to study at the Ateneo de Música de Málaga.
Alexandra has been awarded prizes in as many as five international competitions, including the Vladimir Krainev International Piano Competition in Moscow, the Astana Piano Passion and the international television competition for young musicians The Nutcracker. At the age of only ten, Alexandra won the Grand Prix at the II International Grand Piano Competition.
In the 75 years of its existence, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra has established itself as one of the world’s leading chamber orchestras.
