Impronte is located in an industrial-style building near the center of Bergamo, where a radical renovation has transformed it into a modern venue. Here, tablecloths are completely banned, and the staff’s presentation of the dishes enhances the true essence of signature cuisine.

Chef Cristian Fagone boasts two valuable experiences: at Le Calandre, a three-Michelin-star restaurant, and at Miramonti, l’Altro, with two Michelin stars. His cuisine is what he likes to call “a cuisine of memories,” where the flavors of Sicily, his father’s homeland, pay homage to his roots and are reimagined in dishes with a distinctive and unique personality.
In the dining room, his wife Francesca Mauri is the perfect hostess, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
